Avirey-Lingey is home to the Église Saint-Phal, a Gothic church dating from the 16th century. It has a double transept enclosing a choir vaulted with liernes and tiercerons. Its north and south portals were inspired by the portal of Chaource. Due to its advanced state of deterioration, the Église Saint-Phal has been closed to the public since 2004.
