Pouru-Saint-Remy: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
In Pouru-Saint-Remy stands the Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Secours chapel, a small building with a square floor plan and a slate-covered pyramidal roof. It was built in the 19th century at the request of Abbé Thomas, after he made a vow during a war. The pilgrimage to Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Secours began in 1841 on the first Sunday in May.
Culture
The Saint-Remy church also bears witness to several construction phases. Its bell tower and probably also the nave were rebuilt in 1822. The church was extended in 1834; the apse and sacristy were most likely added at that time. Saint-Remy is open on request at the town hall.
Réméhan Castle is privately owned and can be viewed from the outside. Today, it is a stud farm used for horse breeding. The castle is said to have belonged to the d'Anglemont de Tassigny family for several centuries.
The Château fort and Palais des Princes, both castles, are also located in the vicinity of Pouru-Saint-Remy. The Monument aux morts de 1870 and the Monument allemand are likewise located nearby and are classified as monuments.
