Culture and History
The choir of the Église St-Onésime features 17th-century wooden choir stalls. A large part of the town walls rebuilt in 1690 has been preserved. The Château du Faucon is a 17th-century château. The 100-hectare grounds of the Château du Faucon are crossed by the Vrigne.
On September 2, 1870, Bismarck went to meet Napoleon III in Donchery, near the Maison du Tisserand.
Cycling
Donchery has the developed Voie Verte cycling and walking route. The Voie Verte follows the former towpath from Pointe des Ardennes to the border with the Meuse.
The Sedan–Charleville-Mézières stage of La Meuse à vélo includes a rest stop in Donchery and runs mostly along a greenway (Voie verte).

There are marked trails at the Croix Piot viewpoint. The Croix Piot viewpoint is located near the confluence of the Meuse, Bar, and Vrigne rivers.
