It was extended to the south in the mid-16th century, and the façade features a Renaissance portal.

The municipal wash house of Mosnes has an oval basin fed by a spring. It features a gauge for monitoring the flood level of the nearby Loire.

Mosnes is home to “L’homme des bois”, a workshop for carpentry, furniture restoration and sign painting. It specialises in the restoration and conservation of furniture from the 17th to the early 20th century and offers tours of the workshop.

The Hauts-Noyers windmill is an 18th-century tower windmill; it ceased operating in 1925. The Moulin du Calvaire is a post mill that was converted into a calvary cross in 1887.

The Château des Thômeaux is an 18th-century manor house made of tuffeau stone and brick, built on the site of a medieval structure called “Le Grand Hôtel de Mosnes”. The Domaine des Thômeaux in Mosnes bears the Accueil Vélo label and offers services tailored to bicycle tourists.
