Church and Art
The Church of Saint-Pierre-ès-Liens has a 12th-century choir and a 16th-century nave. Inside are a medieval baptismal font, a polychrome Saint Michael from the 15th century, whose statue comes from the Chartreuse du Liget, and a vine-branch staff belonging to the Saint-Vincent Brotherhood from the 19th century.
The studio and gallery of Bertrand Cardon in Chédigny present two exhibitions a year.
Nature
The wetland trail passes through a five-hectare wetland classified as a sensitive natural area. Information panels explain the fauna and flora there.
Food and Activities
The Festival de Bouche et de Blues in Chédigny combines tastings of farm-style meals with blues concerts. From April to September, guided flower walks with amateur botanists are also offered.
The easy, 10-kilometre cycling route “La rose dans la vallée” connects Chédigny and Azay-sur-Indre through the valleys of the Indre and Indrois rivers.
