The Château de Dornes was built in 1547 by Florimond Fouet de Dornes in the Renaissance style, with a loggia of three arcades. It is historically associated with Marshal Lannes and features painted interior decoration. The Château de Dornes is partially listed as a historic monument; the listing took place on 10 April 1996. The protected ensemble includes the château, the moats, the outbuildings, the fortified bridge and the dovecote.

The covered market of Dornes was built in 1948 by the architect Cristo in the Art Deco style and was later converted into a function room.
