The Église Saint-Victor was added to the list of historic monuments by decree on 17 April 1931. Its nave dates from the Romanesque period of the 12th to 13th centuries.

Les vergers de Nafour produces fruit and pasteurised fruit juice. The farm has been managed entirely organically since 2009; its produce is sold locally at markets, in the farm shop, through an AMAP and in organic food shops.
