History and culture
Around the church cemetery and in the higher-lying new cemetery, around eleven discoid steles have been preserved. Saint-Martin Church has a single-nave body with tall windows and a five-sided polygonal chancel.
The Arrossa extract factory in the Presondoa district used chestnuts taken from the surrounding forests. Among the recorded houses and farmsteads, the majority were built in the 18th century; the oldest identified examples date from the 17th century.

Biondo Joël is listed as a leather goods manufacturer. Goicoechea is listed as a pottery and ceramics business run by Iñaki and Maitena Goicoechea. At Sohatia, Ossau-Iraty sheep's cheese bearing the Idoki designation and made using organic farming is produced.

The Haritzondo hike starts at the fronton on the village square of Saint-Martin-d'Arrossa. The municipal fronton is freely accessible to everyone. The train journey from Saint-Martin-d'Arrossa to Bayonne station takes 45 minutes.
