The thermal springs of Camou-Cihigue rise in the Lamiña ziloa cave. The Bains de Camou are located at the confluence of three springs. The thermal spring of Camou-Cihigue has a temperature of 33.5 °C and was developed into a spa at the beginning of the 20th century by the owners of the Aguer house. One of the springs of the Bains de Camou has a temperature of 40 °C and is open to everyone.

Landscape

The Le Chapeau du Gendarme mountain is located in the immediate vicinity of Camou. The Montagne d'Ahargou mountain, the Col d'Arbits mountain pass, and the Chapelle de la Madelaine summit are also located around Camou.

Paths

The starting point of the Otsibarremeheka Trail is located in Camou-Cihigue. A parking area is indicated at Croix d'Artekatea, 1.6 kilometres from the village.

The La grotte des laminak cycling route is 16 kilometres long, takes two hours, has an easy difficulty level, and is suitable for families. The route to the Laminak cave offers a view westward of the Arbailles Massif.

On site

A 400-metre footpath leads from the auberge to the Laminak cave and is marked by a signpost. Access to the Laminak cave is via private paths and fields; visitors are asked to close the gates again and respect the animals. Swimming is possible at the site of the Laminak cave.
