Culture and History
The fortified Moulin de Garrigues dates from the 14th century. Its cross-shaped loopholes and an elegant defensive tower finial above the pointed-arch entrance have been preserved.
Château de Ladhuie was a fortress in the 12th century and was later transformed, in the 15th and 16th centuries, into a Renaissance residence with mullioned windows. Château de Montayral was built in the 13th century by the lords of Orgueil. It lies on the road to the airfield and is partly hidden by vegetation.
Landscape
Near Montayral, the Lot widens into broad meanders, while the valley gradually becomes less deeply incised.
Astronomy and Aviation
The Observatoire Astronomique GAP 47 offers naked-eye tours of the sky, a laser-guided exploration of the constellations, telescope observations under domes, and a digital planetarium. From the Observatoire Astronomique GAP 47, a free 2.5 km walk along the GR652 leads past a scale model of the solar system.

Roucadil offers a guided tour of the workshops where Agen prunes are made from plums; a tasting is available afterwards.
The Roucadil boutique offers prune-based specialities as well as regional products such as Périgord walnuts, hazelnuts from Lot-et-Garonne, almonds from southern France, semi-candied mirabelle plums, chocolate-covered fruit, homemade chocolate, gift baskets, wines, and foie gras.
