The “Le confluent du Lot et de la Garonne” circular route passes through Lagarrigue. It is 39.5 kilometres long, easy, and can be completed by bicycle in 4 hours. From the plateau, the circular route offers panoramic views of the two river valleys.

The Lagarrigue scenic hiking trail starts at the Place de la mairie. On foot, it takes 2 hours 30 minutes, on horseback 1 hour 40 minutes, or by mountain bike 1 hour 15 minutes. To the south, the Lagarrigue scenic hiking trail offers panoramic views of the Lot Valley and the slopes surrounding it.
