Culture and History
There are three churches in Labretonie, including the Église Saint-Martin de Labretonie. The present church was rebuilt at its current location from 1871 to 1876. It has a single-nave layout, side chapels forming a false transept, a polygonal-ended choir and a bell-tower porch projecting from the exterior. Its walls are made of tuff rubble stone, while the bell tower is built of ashlar.
The ruins of the Abbaye de Pérignac lie in the wider regional surroundings of Labretonie.
