The Église Saint-Germain de Sorges has been listed in the supplementary inventory of historic monuments since June 1967. Its Romanesque section dates from the 12th to the 13th century.

Truffles
The Écomusée de la Truffe is a truffle heritage museum in Sorges. It welcomes visitors who want to learn how truffles develop within the municipality. The tour explains the truffle’s journey from its formation in symbiosis with oak roots, through harvesting with specially trained dogs or flies, to its use in cooking.
During the season, the Écomusée de la Truffe’s boutique offers fresh truffles, preserved truffles, regional products, related products and books. Since 2005, a weekly truffle market has been held on Sundays in winter at the foot of the Romanesque Église Saint-Germain. The Fête de la Truffe is celebrated every year on the last Sunday in January.
Trails and Landscapes
Guided tours of the Sentier des truffières are arranged by appointment for groups of 10 or more. Along the trail is a dry-stone Borie, which served as shelter for a winegrower, his tools, or a shepherd and his sheep.
The Boucle des Murailles is an easy, 9-kilometre route with little elevation gain that can be completed on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. It showcases the local rural heritage through old wells and a well with a pivoting beam.
The Boucle des Murailles is mostly shaded, running along the edge of the forest or through undergrowth, and passes near numerous wild truffle grounds as well as more recent plantings of mycorrhizal trees. Along the Sentier des truffières, dry-stone walls made of Middle Jurassic limestone can often be seen on both sides of the trail; this limestone forms the bedrock of the Causse de Sorges.
