Sarliac-sur-l'Isle: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
The Isle crosses Sarliac-sur-l'Isle from east to southwest and is the Dordogne's most important tributary. Its banks form a peaceful, well-preserved area. A shared section of the long-distance hiking trails GR 36 and GR 646 also runs through the southern part of the municipality.

Nature
The Source de Glane lies in a karst area. It consists mainly of a long gallery, part of which has been explored by speleologists. The Glane spring was developed in 1959–1960 to supply drinking water to eleven municipalities.
Culture
The Château de la Bonnetie is a former noble residence. Its square towers are arranged in a cross shape around the main building. One tower features a richly decorated mullioned window with lilies in the moulded window surround and ivy leaves beneath the windowsill. The Tourelle of the Château de la Bonnetie has been partially listed as a historic monument since 16 December 1947.
The Grotte préhistorique de Combe Saunière was listed as a historic monument by decree of 4 October 1996. Sarliac-sur-l'Isle also hosts Etranges Lectures, a festival for everyone that is free of charge and presents readings from world literature.
Geographical setting
The centre of Sarliac-sur-l'Isle lies at the intersection of route nationale 21 and route départementale 705, the former route nationale 705. The southern part of the municipality is served by route départementale 69.
