Sadillac is home to the Église Sainte-Anne, a Romanesque church with a choir vaulted by a half-dome. It was a Benedictine priory church mentioned in 1365 as part of the Châtellenie de Bergerac. Its sculpted capitals depict, among other things, hippocampi, owls, a human head, snakes, grapes, a horse's head and fish. Since 24 June 1948, the Église Sainte-Anne has been listed as a historic monument.

Sadillac is also home to two remarkable fountains dating from the 13th or 14th century. The Château de Sadillac is attached to the apse of the church and was built in the 16th century on the remains of a 13th-century priory.
