The Church of Saint-Martin et Sainte-Croix has a straight bell-gable tower with three bell openings. Its façade, arcade bell tower and stair tower were listed as historic monuments by decree dated 3 April 1984.

The Château d’Allas is a former noble residence dating from the 15th century. It is associated with the de Ferrières family, who were vassals of the lords of Caumont de Castelnaud.

At the entrance to the village, the washhouse of Allas-les-Mines is located next to the Vert stream. Next to the washhouse stands a 16th-century house with a dovecote called "Tourette de Guingois".

Numerous hiking trails around Allas-les-Mines lead through wooded hills and former mining areas. Several cycling routes run along the river and through the surrounding hamlets.

The Musée La Rue du Temps qui passe offers a walk through shopping streets from the beginning of the last century. It includes more than 30 shops depicting scenes from everyday life in the past.
