Culture
The church and cemetery of Balbronn are listed as historic monuments; all remains, including the ground, have been protected by a decree of 10 September 1990. Their main construction phases date from the 12th, 13th and 15th centuries. The fortified cemetery wall is still preserved, except for the southeastern corner.
The Vallée de la Mossig Protestant cultural route ends at the church of Balbronn on Rue Neuve.
The façades and roofs of the Balbronn synagogue were listed as historic monuments by a decree of 10 February 1999. It was built in 1895 as a rectangular Neo-Romanesque building with six window bays.
