Bœrsch presents itself as a medieval town with town walls, entrance gates, a town hall square and typical old houses of the Alsatian wine-growing region. The very well-preserved medieval town walls still enclose the town. Three of the four medieval entrance gates have survived. On the Renaissance town hall square stands a fountain with six buckets, dating back to 1617.

The village manufactory in Klingenthal is part of the history of the surrounding area. It was the first royal manufactory for edged weapons in the Kingdom of France and one of the region’s first industrial centres.
Since 2007, the Maison de la Manufacture d’Armes Blanches has presented reconstructed workshops, the various trades involved in manufacturing edged weapons, production techniques, and collections of weapons and tools. The forge at the Maison de la Manufacture is in operation for public demonstrations on the first Sunday of every month.
The former collegiate church of Saint-Léonard was an important centre of art and intellectual life in Alsace around 1900.
Part of the Jardin Philosophe is located in the moat and has been listed in the supplementary register of historic monuments since 2012. That same year, the Jardin Philosophe received the “Jardin remarquable” designation from the French Ministry of Culture.
