The preserved historic industrial landscape also includes a limestone railway bridge with an elliptical barrel vault and several buildings from the former factory.

Among other structures, the rotary kiln building and the silo building have been preserved. The chimney ruins of the Aseri cement factory are recognised as cultural monuments. The Sonda–Aseri railway line is also connected with the history of the industry: it was used primarily to transport the cement factory’s products to the main Tallinn–Narva railway line. School History as a Further Insight

The history of the town also includes Aseri’s first school. It began operating on 1 November 1905 as a two-class private school with Russian as the language of instruction and was maintained by the joint-stock company “Asseriin” until 1922.
