A hike in Tisvilde Hegn starts at the car park by Asserbo Slotsruin and is 5 or 7 km long. Asserbo Plantation forms part of a large, continuous plantation complex together with Tisvilde Hegn, Melby Overdrev and Liseleje Plantation. Visitors can cross the bridge over the moat to reach the small island and walk around the former castle.

Routes marked in yellow start at Asserbo Slotsruin and pass many sights in the forest. In the direction of Tisvildeleje and through Tisvilde Hegn, the trail continues through Troldeskoven, which lies directly behind the line of dunes on the coast.

Guests without a playing handicap can use the club’s pay-and-play par-3 course.
