According to UNESCO, the Jewish Quarter of Třebíč is an exceptional testimony to the cultural traditions associated with the Jewish diaspora in Central Europe. The former Jewish Quarter is characterised by an exceptionally dense historic built environment, with predominantly Renaissance- and Baroque-period house cores and floor plans, narrow streets, dark passageways and narrow passages.

The three-nave Basilica of St Procopius is a Romanesque-Gothic building. In its crypt, the vault is supported by fifty columns. The Jewish Cemetery in Třebíč was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2003 as part of the Jewish Quarter. The cemetery contains approximately 11,000 graves and 3,000 gravestones.

The Vysočina Třebíč Museum is housed in the former Waldstein Castle. Visitors can choose from four permanent exhibitions there.
