Trmice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Trmice Castle is a one- to two-storey building with a battlement-crowned tower, a balcony, and a staircase in front. It is situated in an extensive English-style park and serves as a publicly accessible representative cultural centre.

Culture

The castle houses a model railway museum with a permanent exhibition on the history and present of model railways. This includes functioning model railway layouts in gauges N, TT, and H0.

The Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary is one of the most important religious monuments in Trmice. It acquired its present appearance through reconstruction in 1898/1899. The church grounds include statues of Saint John of Nepomuk and Saint Joseph.

Another place of worship is the Evangelical Church of Our Lord Jesus in Trmice. The two-storey, plastered masonry building has an octagonal roof turret.

On the Move

The Přemyslovské Stadice walking excursion begins in Trmice at Václavské náměstí by the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. It follows a red-marked hiking trail through the Bílina Valley via Koštov to Stadice. The starting point at Václavské náměstí in Trmice can be reached by MHD trolleybus 73 from the Divadlo stop.

Event

The Trmická desítka is a running competition; the 13th edition will take place on Saturday, 12 September 2026.
