Přeskače: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Church of All Saints in Přeskače is a late Romanesque rural sacred building dating from between the late 11th and mid-13th centuries, as well as a cultural monument. The Baroque furnishings in the church, including the altar and pulpit, have been restored.

Culture

In 2009, an underground visitor attraction, a grain pit and a small historical exhibition were opened in Přeskače. The Přeskačské posvícení harvest festival is regularly celebrated on the last weekend in October with a procession through the village and a maypole ceremony. In Přeskače, there is also the boys’ Easter rattling tradition, a procession of girls carrying the figure of Smrtolka, as well as fire brigade celebrations combined with sporting activities.

Cycling

Cycle route No. 5006 Znojmo–Moravský Krumlov–Jevišovice runs through Přeskače. It follows mostly paved roads and is suitable for all types of bicycles. Along the route running through Přeskače, forest and field sections alternate with vineyards and historic villages.
