Milná: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The cycle loop around Frymburk is a short circular route at the Lipno Reservoir that uses two ferries. After passing Pláničský rybník, it follows Cycle Route No. 33 to the settlement of Milná. From there, the route leads via the holiday settlements of Kovářov, Hrdoňov and Posudov back to Frymburk; the ferry crossings are especially welcome for families with children.

Cycle Routes

The Jezerní is a flat, easy cycle route with constant contact with Lipno and two ferry crossings. It is suitable for families with older children and runs between Černá v Pošumaví, Milná and Frymburk. In addition, the Lipenská magistrála offers an easy 58.5 km cycle route that is also suitable for families with children.

Landscape

The mountains of Vítkův Kámen, Lindový vrch, Bärenstein and Hirschenstein are located in the vicinity of Milná. On the Alpy jako na dlani route, you cross the Lipno Reservoir by ferry; in addition to nature, you can experience many cultural monuments and special viewpoints.

Culture and Craftsmanship

In the wider regional surroundings of Milná are the ancient site of Chlumany, the parish church of Haslach, the ruins of Lobenstein and the Bühlerkreuz wayside shrine. At the family glassworks, visitors can even blow a glass object themselves.
