Above Lešišov lies a menhir field that passers-by can use for taking photographs or resting after a relaxing walk.

Getting Around

The Cestou menhirů trail from Mokrosuky to Lešišov is 6.7 km long. Cycle Route 2091 runs through Lešišov and forms part of a 20 km route between Nalžovské Hory and Velhartice. The road from Svojšice to Mokrosuky also runs through the village and has a cycle path.

Nature and Landscape

In the cadastral area of Lešišov stands Lípa nad Lešišovem, a protected individual tree that was first placed under protection on 21 June 1985. The Lešišov linden is the third most massive small-leaved lime tree in West Bohemia. This remarkable tree formerly served as a landmark on an old path.

At the eastern edge of the hamlet of Lešišov, a small niche chapel dedicated to Saint Martin stands at a field boundary. It has a rectangular ground plan and two niches on its front wall. On the way to this niche chapel, views open up to the north over the hills of the Svatoborské vrchoviny.

Culture

The Chapel of the Virgin Mary stands at an intersection in the village square of Lešišov. It is a plastered rectangular masonry building with a double hipped roof and an open bell tower. The Liberation Monument of Lešišov stands at an intersection opposite the Chapel of the Virgin Mary and was ceremonially unveiled on 5 September 2009. A memorial to the liberation by the American army is also maintained in Lešišov.
