Prosec: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The Planetární stezka in Proseč and its surrounding area depicts the solar system on a scale of 1:1 billion and stretches for just under 8 km. It begins at the model of the Sun by the town library in Proseč and ends at Dr. Tošovský Square at the model of the Voyager I space probe.

Nature

The Planetární stezka can be completed on foot or by bicycle. The Studánková stezka is intended for moderately experienced hikers who are familiar with maps. Another route is the Martinická stezka, a 24.7 km circular trail that starts and ends in Proseč.

The Maštale Nature Reserve also includes the cadastral area of Proseč. Proseč is a natural starting point for the Pasíčka educational trail in the Maštale Nature Reserve.

The school grounds are home to the Kameny v kamenitém kraji educational trail, featuring a collection of 10 rocks and minerals from the Proseč area. Each station has an information panel about the properties and occurrence of the respective rock or mineral, supplemented by photographs. The educational trail was also intended for the general public.

Culture

The Protestant church in Proseč is an Empire-style cultural monument built between 1834 and 1838. During the summer months, Protestant services are held there every Sunday from 9 a.m.; people of all denominations are welcome.

The Muzeum dýmek is housed in listed historic building No. 61, which features a timber room facing the square. It presents exhibitions on the history of pipes and the history of the town of Proseč. The Muzeum Proseč displays around 400 pipes dating from the second half of the 19th century to the present day.
