The yellow hiking trail leads over a pedestrian bridge, past the inn and the Na Pilce accommodation, to Klokočov. The only usable access road to Přemilov leads from the Tesla recreation centre.

Nature and landscape

The European hornbeam elm at Přemilov is one of the most imposing elm trees in the Železné hory region. Its regular crown is best seen in early spring.

The Bučina and Krkanka mountains are located in the vicinity of Přemilov. In the immediate surroundings of Přemilov are the Na Vrších hill [Rušinov] and the Bučina hill [Rušinov-Vratkov].

History and culture

At the edge of the forest between Prosíčka and Přemilov, the partisan memorial commemorates the retreat battles of 22 December 1944. It consists of loosely assembled stones and an attached copper memorial plaque.

The Church of Svatý Jiří is located in the wider regional surroundings of Přemilov.
