Dolní Morava: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

At the Horský resort Dolní Morava, Sky Bridge 721, a 721-metre-long pedestrian suspension bridge 95 metres above the ground, connects two mountain ridges. Another high-altitude attraction is the Sky Walk: it is located at 1,116 metres above sea level, is 55 metres high and features a 710-metre-long wooden walkway and a 100-metre-long slide.

Experiences

The Sky Walk features adventure attractions including a net drop, a toboggan and the passage known as the “Sleeve”. The Sky Walk can be reached by the Sněžník chairlift or on foot; access is barrier-free. A wheelchair can be transported on the chairlift by prior arrangement with the lift staff.

The Mamutíkovy adventure parks comprise areas themed around water, the forest, the Wild West and the giant mammoth. The interactive mammoth in the Mamutíkovy adventure parks is 13 metres high and offers educational and play areas on two floors. Mamutíkova louže includes a 52-metre-long river with ankle-deep water.

Active activities

The Dolní Morava Trail Park has 31 kilometres of trails, including an 8-kilometre-long family route with clearly laid-out banked turns and numerous rest areas. The Selský Flow Trail is a 7-kilometre-long, moderately challenging route below the Sky Walk, offering views of Chlum and the Dolní Morava valley. The panoramic mountain scooter ride is 15 kilometres long.

Culture and nature

The Church of St Alois and its grounds are listed as a cultural monument in Dolní Morava. The Králický Sněžník nature reserve protects natural mountain forests, waterlogged forests and spruce bog forests, as well as wetlands with raised bogs, spring areas and stream floodplains.
