Hořátev: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
Hořátev combines a prayer house preserved in its original form with a remarkable history of tolerance. Apart from minor alterations, the prayer house has been preserved in its original form. It has an original painted ceiling that is considered unique among tolerance prayer houses. Following the proclamation of the Tolerance Patent, a Reformed congregation was established here in 1783.
The history of Bedřich Krátkoruký also dates back to the Second World War: As a participant in the battles over France and Great Britain, he achieved five aerial victories. On 15 January 1943, he was killed over the English Channel. The wider region around Hořátev is also home to Kačina Chateau, a castle.
