Culture

The chapel in Drahňovice was built in 1857 with a stone cross and a bell tower. Drahňovice also preserves the old school as one of its cultural monuments.

On the village square in Drahňovice, you can visit the small, glass-enclosed fire brigade museum. It contains a historic fire engine pump; firefighting equipment and uniforms are also displayed there.

Cycling

The approximately 16 km-long Sázava Cycle Route 1/A runs through Drahňovice. From the road between Xaverov and Choratice, an approximately 16 km-long cycling loop follows a field path, crosses the Křešický stream and leads to Drahňovice.

Nature

The Drahňovická mokřadla wetlands lie north of Drahňovice in a deeply incised valley of the Křešický stream. There are shallow pools created there by the Czech Union for Nature Conservation Vlašim.

Endangered green frogs successfully reproduce in the pools of the Drahňovická mokřadla wetlands. You can also see the broad-leaved orchid there.

In the immediate vicinity of Drahňovice are Chlumek Hill [Sázava - Bělokozly] GSM and Spálená hora Hill [Sázava-Bělokozly].
