Culture
Klapa Pasika, whose members were born in Kostanje and live there, is both a local driving force and an organizer of social and cultural activities, including Dani Mile Gojsalić; in the 2021 cultural program, this event was included as a traditional event.
Two cultural assets associated with Kostanje are nationally registered and under preventive protection: Kuća Mile Gojsalić and Kula Jerončić. Mlinice i stupe are protected immovable cultural heritage in Kostanje.

Cycling
The “Cetina blues-rock cycling route” leads from Omiš via Gata, Kostanje, Blato na Cetini, Šestanovac and Zadvarje back to Omiš. It is 68.3 kilometres long and includes 983 metres of cumulative elevation gain. Several gentle, longer climbs and hairpin descents characterize the route instead of steep gradients.
After crossing the bridge, the “Bike Route Omiš” directs cyclists towards Podgrade and Kostanje before continuing onto road D90. It also includes a short detour along a trail to Crkvica sv. Jurja, with views of the surrounding rock formations and the sea.

Golo Brdo is located in the immediate vicinity of Kostanje. Grečica, Visočica, Babnjača, Sveti Luka, Sveti Stjepan and Gospa Lurdska are located in the surrounding area of Kostanje. Sveti Nikola is located in the wider regional surroundings of Kostanje.
