Culture
The cultural heritage associated with Veliki Broćanac includes the churches of St. Peter and St. Francis, Sv. Frane, Orošnjakove staje, the well and medieval settlement of Lokvica, the Ucin well, the prehistoric Ucin hill, the Brdo Uca stone hill, and the prehistoric hills of Prosine.
The Church of St. Francis of Assisi in Broćanac was built from local stone and has an irregular shape. It was first mentioned in the visitation of Bishop Miošić in 1832. Its concrete-and-stone bell gable is designed for three bells.
The Church of St. Peter and Paul in Veliki Bročanac is a single-nave building measuring 5 × 4 metres. It has a bell gable with two bells and was built in 1805.
Landscape
Pometeno Brdo, located in Veliki Broćanac, is a limestone karst area with characteristic karst features. Pometeno Brdo is also a relatively flat plateau at an altitude of 450 to 520 metres. In some areas, the vegetation of rocky pastureland has been preserved.
