The Church of Our Lady of Help stands among pine trees in Dvornica. It was blessed in 1923 and restored in 1999; associated with it are a procession through the settlement on the feast day and a mass in front of the church.

The Putem-Diomeda cycle path begins in Dvornice near the local shop and leads through Dvornice towards the sea. Mountain bikes or gravel bikes are recommended for it. From an elevated point, the cycle path offers views of Punta Planka; a few hundred metres from the settlement, it also includes a turn-off to Punta Planka. On the return journey to Ražanj, the Blue Track leads through Dvornica.
