Its maximum recorded depth is about 15 metres. The steep rock faces and enclosed water give this place a different character from the coves and beaches along the coast. Labirint Lavande is also part of Rogoznica’s landscape: the town park offers walking paths through lavender. The two routes differ in how they are explored: Putem Diomeda is a cycling route with a specified turn-off, while Brdo Movar is a hiking trail with a historic destination. The open-air sea aquarium is also a visitor attraction in Rogoznica.
Getting there and choosing where to stay
Rogoznica is directly connected to the D8 state road, the Jadranska magistrala. It links Rogoznica with Šibenik and Split. The nearest motorway junction is Vrpolje; Split Airport is about 32 kilometres away.
