Pržina is a shallow, south-facing sandy bay protected from northerly winds. Cafés and restaurants are located near the beach, with a large car park right next to it. Bilin žal is also a sandy beach offering views of the Pelješac Peninsula and the Korčula Archipelago. Tatinja is a sandy beach a few minutes from the centre of Lumbarda, offering views of Vrnik, Gubavac and Sveti Ilija above Orebić.

History and Culture
A colony was founded in Lumbarda in the 3rd century. The Lumbarda Psephisma, which describes its foundation, is kept at the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb. The historic townscape includes several well-preserved fortified summer residences dating from the 16th and 17th centuries.
Landscape
The Ražnjić Trail leads to a lighthouse and a small landing place at Cape Ražnjić. From the cape, the trail offers views of southern Pelješac, Mljet, Glavat Lighthouse and Lastovo. Gornje Blato is home to most of Lumbarda’s olive groves, as well as extensive dry-stone walls.
Getting There
The main routes to the island of Korčula include car ferries, passenger ferries, catamarans, buses and speedboats. Connections are available via Vela Luka, the town of Korčula, Ploče–Trpanj–Orebić, Orebić, Hvar and Dubrovnik.
