Petehi: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Petehi is designated as an ethnological zone in Barban’s spatial plan. In the historic village centre, traditional buildings are to be preserved in their existing form and restored using traditional materials. Culture and History

Petehi is home to an officially registered memorial to the Second World War, dedicated to the fallen fighters from Petehi, Rojnići, Draguzeti and Orihi.

Near Petehi, the planned Žminj 2 botanical special reserve is intended to encompass meadow areas south of Rojnići, Petehi, Orihi and Pustijanci.

Cycling

Petehi is located on the official Istria Bike Route 681. The 102-kilometre paved circuit connects Svetvinčenat with Barban, the area around Raša, Labin and Žminj; the route is classified as challenging.

Geographical Location

Petehi is connected by the existing regional roads Ž5077 towards Barban and Ž5100 towards Glavani and Manjadvorci. Dvigrad, Standar, Trba, Veliki Breg and Sveti Andrija are located in the area surrounding Petehi. Standar is also located in the wider regional surroundings of Petehi. Vižače and Kastel are also situated within this wider regional area.
