Culture
The Saglasie 1930 Cultural Centre in Kirilovo has a Christmas carol group as well as individual folk instrument performers. A kukeri group in Kirilovo made its masks at the local cultural centre for the Kukeriada festival.
A public library is also registered at the same cultural centre. In 2020, the children's library also held activities there.
Nature
The Tundzha 2 Natura 2000 protected area includes part of Kirilovo. It protects habitats for 149 bird species and characteristic landscapes.
Access and Road Planning
Kirilovo is located about 1 kilometre from the I-7 road and is connected to it via the municipal road JAM2020. A major renovation was planned for the entire two-kilometre road section from the main I-7 road to Kirilovo.
