Boazat: Holiday apartments and houses

Boazat lies in the northern branches of the ChernovrÅ­shki Ridge. The mountain landscape around Boaza and the hamlet of Delak is characterized by open meadows and the distinctive Levi Vrah. Location and routes

The GAB1165 runs from the Sevlievo area through Boazat toward Apriltsi and is 20.2 kilometers long. As a municipal road, it leads north via Stolat to Sevlievo and south to Apriltsi. The GAB1165 also provides access to cultural and historical monuments, natural sites, and places for tourism and recreation.

A proposed integrated investment project includes Boazat on the GAB1165 in the highland area. This proposed GAB1165 project is expected to improve transport connections between settlements and support mass sports and tourism.

History and excursions

The Gradnishki Boaz memorial complex lies about 4 kilometers south of Boazat and commemorates rebels who were killed in fighting in the area in 1876.

The Vodnite Dupki route leads to the Severen Dzhendem Reserve and Vodnite Dupki Cave. It begins in the Vidima district of Apriltsi and can be reached by an asphalt road as far as the Mazaneto area.

The Forest Interpretation Complex offers an open-air exhibition about the forests of Central Balkan National Park and is suitable for a day trip. The complex has tables, benches, and fireplaces; its facilities are accessible in suitable hiking weather. From there, visitors can continue to the Waterholes interpreted route and Pleven Hut.

The road beside the turnoff for the Vidima HPP leads toward the Vidima Praskalo eco-trail. Passage through the Severen Dzhendem Reserve is restricted to marked paths; leaving the paths is not permitted.
