Culture
The medieval Church of the Holy Saviour stands about 500 metres west of Bogoroditsa on the road to Drenovo. It has been preserved as the ruins of a single-nave building with an apse.
Tourist attractions associated with the municipality of Petrich include Heraclea Sintica, Samuil's Fortress, the Vanga House, the village of Dolene, a retro car museum, local wine producers and Valtata Reservoir.
