Parks and Nature
The city park of Svislač features centuries-old linden trees, ponds, and a delicate bridge. The foundations of the Tyszkiewicz Palace and preserved cellar rooms are also documented there.
Part of Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park lies in Svislač District. In 1992, the national park became the first site in the territory of the former USSR to be included on the UNESCO World Heritage List as a natural heritage site.

Culture and History
The Svislač Historical and Regional Museum is located at 8 Lenin Street, 231960, in the Grodno Region. It is housed in a pre-revolutionary building dating from the early 20th century.
The preserved former building of the Svislač Gymnasium, a 19th-century structure in the classical style, is documented as an architectural cultural heritage site of Svislač and is an architectural monument. Vincent Tyszkiewicz founded the school in 1804; its students included Kastus Kalinouski, Napoleon Orda, Jozef Kraszewski, and Romuald Traugutt. The rectangular, single-storey building has a gabled roof. The western gabled façade features a Doric colonnade and an attic superstructure, while two entrances on the side façade end in porticoes with two square columns each.
The former synagogue building in Svislač is considered one of the few buildings in the city to have survived the war.
In the centre of Svislač stands a bust of Kastus Kalinouski created by the sculptor Zair Azgur. In a park avenue near this bust stands a monument to the uprising leader Romuald Traugutt, who was a graduate of the Svislač Gymnasium.
Excursions
The “Asiłak” memorial complex was opened on 16 July 1989 to mark the 45th anniversary of the liberation of Svislač. The complex includes an eleven-metre-high copper figure of a warrior with a lowered sword. The bus excursion “Svislachchina: From the Past to the Present” begins and ends in Svislač and includes, among other sites, this complex and the “Yazvinskaya Dubrava” ecological nature trail.
The “Svislach Tyszkievichava” bus excursion travels from Svislač to Zharkovshchina and back and is 45 kilometres long.
