At Viewpoint Lake, paddleboats and rowboats are available free of charge to RCSC members and their invited guests through the Lakeview Mini Golf Facility Attendant. Use is therefore subject to the membership and guest conditions mentioned above.

Fishing is permitted at Viewpoint Lake from sunrise to sunset, and no state fishing license is required. Those who would rather spend a day of their vacation by the water than on the golf course will find a clearly defined option for planning their time here. Museum and Model Railway for Curious Explorers

The Del Webb Sun Cities Museum opened in 1990 as the Sun Cities Area Historical Society and was renamed after Del Webb in 2010. It is located in Sun Stadt’s first of five model homes, the 858-square-foot Kentworth model. This combines the museum visit’s historical perspective with a direct look at an early model home.

Another special feature is the Sun City Model Railroad Club at the Fairway Recreation Center in Sun City. The club operates a 1,600-square-foot, three-level HO-scale layout there. The club is officially open to visitors on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. These set hours are particularly useful for planning your day: you can deliberately fit the visit into a cultural or discovery-focused day instead of assuming general availability.
