Anaya de Alba: San Pedro, Festival Traditions and Landscape

Anaya de Alba lies north of the Sierra Ventosa in the northern foothills of the Sistema Central, on the right bank of the Tormes River and northeast of the Santa Teresa Reservoir. Anaya de Alba has taken part in the annual summer cultural series “Noches de Cultura” since 2011. On 25 July 2026, Anaya de Alba hosted a performance of “Lázaro de Tormes” by Kuro Neko Teatro. The creative workshop format “Al Fresco” involved basic embroidery techniques and decorating a fabric bag.
