La Garita: Beach, Nature and Festivities

At Playa de La Garita, a seafront promenade begins that passes by the most important and heavily visited beaches of Telde: La Garita, Hoya del Pozo, Playa del Hombre, Melenara and Salinetas. This connects several named beach destinations along a continuous coastal route. Playa de La Garita itself has fine, dark sand. The individual beach and the sequence of beaches therefore offer different focuses for days by the sea and walks along the promenade.
