The Church of San Juan Evangelista in Boquerizo dates from the 18th century; it was later remodeled and gives its name to the San Juan Evangelista festival, dedicated to Saint John the Evangelist. La Sacramental in Boquerizo is a summer folk festival that combines religious tradition, music and a village atmosphere with a bonfire, a tortilla competition, the procession of the Ramu, Mass, a procession, a vermouth event, raffles and a dance event. One edition has been announced for Friday the 3rd and Saturday the 4th of July.
