The remains of Castillo de Caladrones are located on a hill in the upper part of the settlement, in the area known as El Castell. A circular route and a stage are different types of route; you can therefore consider the two details separately for your planning.

Ruta BTT 7 is described as a circular route because it connects Benabarre and Estopiñán del Castillo. For navigation on this route, the GPS track to be carried, the lack of signposting and the confusing intersections are all relevant. The GR-18 stage, by contrast, follows the ascent to the Santa Ana hermitage and ends in Caladrones.
