Nature

Podul lui Dumnezeu is 30 metres long, 13 metres wide, 22 metres high and 9 metres thick. At the same time, it is a functioning natural road passage.
The Peştera Ponoarele, also known as Peștera de la Podul Lui Dumnezeu, Peștera de la Pod, Peștera Podului and Peștera de la Podul de Piatră, is accessible to tourists all year round. It is 734 metres long and a hydrogeological breakthrough formed by water from Lake Zăton.

The Muzeul Hidrocentralei Porțile De Fier I opened in 1976. The same museum presents the Schela Cladovei-Lepenski Vir culture (9,000–6,000 BC) through houses, ritual hearths and graves.
