The “Ogrodzieniec Strongholds Route” runs through the Podzamcze area from Jura Square, past Gród on Birów Mountain, a barrow cemetery, Second World War bunkers and fortifications, and a rock city, to Ogrodzieniec Castle. The route takes in Gród and the barrow cemetery, followed by military structures, the rock city and the castle. It brings together different kinds of places along a single route. Courses at AdrenaLinaPark

The AdrenaLinaPark rope park in Podzamcze is located at the foot of the castle. Its three courses differ in the number of obstacles and zip lines: Green has ten obstacles, including two zip lines; Red has 14 obstacles and one zip line; Black has 23 obstacles and three zip lines. The number of obstacles ranges from ten to 23. Green falls between Red and Black in both obstacles and zip lines. The number of obstacles and zip lines may change as the park develops.
