The Jastrzębski Szlak Przyrodniczy „Śladami Natury“ is not a single signposted route, but a collection of green spaces with distinctive plant and animal life. By bike or by the water
The Żelazny Szlak Rowerowy is a 54-kilometre circular route in the Polish-Czech border region. It runs through Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Godów, Zebrzydowice, Karviná and Piotrowice near Karviná. The route is considered easy to ride and is suitable for road bikes and bicycle trailers. The Carbonarium is a four-storey museum about coal, its industrial use and its role in the history of Jastrzębie-Zdrój. It offers a thematic contrast to the nature and leisure attractions: here, the focus is on raw materials and industrial history rather than paths, river scenery or sport.
