History

Siemianice was first mentioned in 1315. In 1784, a water mill was built in Siemianice.

Voivodeship Road 213 from Słupsk to Puck runs through Siemianice. A road to Jezierzyce also begins in Siemianice.

The green cycling route “Ze Słupska do stacji Gabel” also runs through the town. It passes through Słupsk, Swochowo, Karżcino, Gabel and Osieki; its stated length is 18 km.
