The Pałacyk Myśliwski was built in 1624 by Baron Hans von Schönaich as a Renaissance hunting lodge. It stands on the site of a medieval fortification. Tarnów Jezierny is also mentioned in a document dated 28 July 1213. In it, the village is said to be listed as a tithe assigned by Bishop Lorenz to Lubiąż Abbey. The year refers to this documentary mention; the hunting lodge was built much later.
